Comfortable room and bed with a decent shower. Good internet.

Toilet is sandwiched between two walls. Narrow hallways.

The towels need to be upgraded.

It’s a good hotel for its price, the location is pretty good, there’s a market nearby, where you can grab a snack. BTS station is around 700m walking, there’s also a 7/11 nearby.

The hotel itself was good, but it’s located just next to a busy road so it might be loud till like 11pm Also there’s some live music in the market that’s in front of the hotel, so that adds up too But besides that everything’s good

The room is clean though it needs a little upgrade. The room were we stayed is on the 2nd floor. The tiles of the floor under the air conditioner is broken

Location

Staff was good but we booked safari world through them for X amount and we were charged more than X. They should provide exact amount.

Location is okay, a bit further on the soi, but near the BTS Station on Sukhumvit! there’s a food court just in front, which is convenient if you like thai food or seafood! The room was clean, towels not on the best condition, but all felt okay for a short stay and you don’t expect too much!

The location was very good, near Century Mall and food court was just opposite to our hotel. Hotel check-in and check-out was very smooth with no hassle.

Coffee/tea maker was not provided in the room.

The receptionists are the best. Super helpful and doing everything they can for a comfortable stay.

Very clean spacious room , powerfull shower (always hot) lovely helpful staff, cumfortable bed crisp white cotton sheets aircon works well, wonderful noodles just across the road

For some it might be a bit off the beaten track but suited me fine 10 baht motorbike taxi or 5 min walk from BTS On Nut

Close the public transportation and easy to reach. Lots of shops and a few restaurants around.

It exceeded my expectation. They regularly clean our room and change our towels even if we don’t ask to. Good location because it is near the train station. The staff is accommodating as well. O

A nice, basic hotel with very, very clean rooms. Front desk staff are extremely helpful and pleasant with pretty good English skills (especially Noina).  Housekeeping staff are efficient and always smiling. Tuk tuk service was unavailable during my stay but did not bother me. Breakfast was adequate with eggs cooked to order and kitchen staff are more than helpful (I have restricted mobility). Plenty of food vendors within easy walking distance as well as a couple of 7/11 stores. They have quietest elevator I've ever used.  Bit of street noise in morning but hotel itself is generally very quiet and peaceful. Fairly stable wifi provided free of charge. Nice to have an early morning call, assistance with luggage and a reasonably priced cab arranged for an early morning flight to Laos. Would happily stay here again.

Only downside is there's no kettle in room which would have been nice (they don't advertise that they do so can't really complain).

Bed comfortable and big room shower good to

Water bottles very small. Reception lady grumpy would crack her face if she smiled. When I checked out both girls on reception were playing with there phones not interested in customers.

The hotel located near skytrain; only 7 minutes walk. The house cleaner is nice and friendly. The bed is comfy. Tuktuk service to skytrain runs every half hour if you don't wanna walk to public transport.

The room is not as clean and new as I expected.

Very good service, the staff is extremely courteous and cooperative. Very comfortable room and facilities.

Credit Card machine did not work, so had to go to ATM for withdrawing cash, which turned out costly because I had to spend extra 1000THB for using my credit card to withdraw cash. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Some of the customer service was nice and the tuk tuk driver at night was very nice and on point.

The property was very dirty especially the room that we got. It had black mold in the bathroom, the air-condition was leaking water that is extremely hazardous because the tiles that the water dripped to was really slippery, the property breakfast was in a different building were we had to cross a road to get to, the tuk tuk driver in the morning until the evening would not wait on the guest to take them to the main road since it was quite a walk. I don't really know If I would come back here again to this property.

I like the location. Very convenient. Near the BTS 5 - 7 min walk. Its centrally located so its near everywhere... Pratunam market, Chatukchak market, Siam Paragon, Jim Thompson House. Breakfast is good. Rate is very low so dont expect for a 5 star menu. But its pretty decent and good! They cleaned our room everyday and changed our towels Wifi is strong. I really have no complaints. If I ever come back to BKK I will book at this hotel again.
